CIDA is currently seeking seed stage funding from accredited investors only. Due to securities laws, CIDA is unable to accept investments from individuals who do not meet the definition of an accredited investor under Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. 


CIDA is seeking seed stage funding to expand the company’s footprint beyond the Portland area with the ultimate goal of establishing a national presence in the emerging market for HOA due diligence services. At the present time CIDA is a viable, revenue-generating  business with a well-established client base and a proven business model, as opposed to a startup enterprise that has yet to demonstrate whether there is genuine demand for the services the company provides. An outside infusion of capital will allow CIDA to grow the enterprise much more quickly than we are able to do through the current strategy of financing growth internally with revenue generated from the sale of the CIDA Report.
