If you are looking for clarification about your CIDA REPORT™, or want to zero in on the big picture HOA landscape, and would like to schedule a half-hour consultation with The HOA Detective™, please complete the form below. The Detective’s appointment calendar is limited to T-W-Th afternoon bookings during the winter months and fills up quickly. 

Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your requested appointment time. If the requested time is not available, the Detective will provide a list of available meeting times. 

Please note the following order restrictions:

• Booking orders may be placed 7 days a week, but are subject to confirmation.
• Your payment will not be processed until the order is confirmed.
• After your payment has been processed, cancellation and rescheduling requests may result in a 25% upcharge.
• Note the 48-hour advance booking window closes at 6:00 PM each day.
• All times are Pacific daylight or standard time zone.
• The order form must be completed before an order may be placed.
• Be selective in submitting specific questions. If your request is related to a CIDA REPORT™, use the Row numbers on the left side of the page to reference datapoints in the report.
